Duck with limp leg

Yes, it could be a Bumblefoot coming through on top. Put a squirt of the 1 mm Vit b complex in her water. Hopefully she’s drinking when you’re not looking and she’ll get some that way. How about trying some tuna fish. Or, I was given the advice to try kitten food. It has like 32 grams of protein and the ducks LOVE it. Is the leg warm to the touch? Are you still soaking her? You can do that a few times a day. Ok, as for that new picture...hmmm. It’s definitely swollen. I’d trim the feathers around It maybe, just for her comfort. It could be a few things, and I’m not at all sure. Perhaps she’s stored up a drakes sperm and it’s giving a puffy look to you because we, as owners, are not normally looking around at their business. It could be because she hasn’t been able to swim and clean herself properly. But you said you bathed her. Does she have an odor? Let’s see if @Miss Lydia can take a look..I looked up her threads from 2009 and she helped someone with a prolapse and they needed preparation H and Vit E capsules. Hopefully she’ll see this now and have MUCH better ideas, because, honestly, I was taking a shot in the dark with those pictures. Just trying to offer some ideas, because, I know, for myself, trying something, is better than nothing. I’ll keep looking in. :)

Have you ever seen your chickens messing with your ducks picking on them or pecking them? When you had her in the Epsom salt bath was she using her leg at all?

If you have prep h or honey that can help with prolapses are you sure that isn’t a wound? Also make a sugar paste it can help with prolapse. Is a vet an option on the leg?
