@DuckPro @Ravynscroft Thank you guys so much! Roger seems to be doing better now, but something else had happened. Two days after his visit to the vet, Charlie, his pekin wife, got bitten by a monitor lizard, ON THE HEAD. I was so shocked when I saw her bloody bald head. I immediately went back to the vet and now she's got stitches too. I put her and her eggs on my balcony away from that stupid lizard and she seems to be walking around like normal now. And she still sits on her eggs, despite it being moved to a different place. I'll transfer her pictures from my phone for you to see. It's horrible ;( but I'm glad she's still her usual self, just more wary, but that's good.

Oh, the poor girl! Glad you got her treated and will be ok... head wounds tend to bleed a lot an look worse than they are... you have monitor lizards running around wild? Those and snapping turtles don't mix well with ducks...

5 of those lizards living in my garden, they came from the abandoned property next door, lots of tall grass and weeds there. they must be attracted to our pond. I think I'm gonna keep the ducks on the blacony til I find a solution

Roger looks very sweet! Each spring, their penis falls off and they grow a new one. I was reading online that if your duck prolapses, you can try to take care of it, or just leave it because a new one will grow.

They don't fall off. They shrink to about 10% of their normal size.
