Duck with swollen tummy

I have a Mallard that hatched about 8 hours ago and it's breathing and peeping but it hasn't moved out of the spot it's in at all and it has a very swollen belly. What's wrong and is it going to be okay?

I am not a hatcher.

From what I read, this may be within the range of normal, though.

I've always considered it normal. Others may have another idea though.
