My duck, while eating, drinking, and foraging as usual seems to have had a personality change. While she was once the flock's leader, she is quieter and slower than usually, occasionally sitting alone instead of running around with the group. Often she just stands still and stares. She seems to have lost her feistiness. I've put out an epsom salt flush to see if they have gotten into anything strange while free ranging, although she is the only duck that seems to have had this off behavior. It has gone on for a couple weeks on and off. Am I crazy? Is there anything else I should do to make sure she's ok?

UPDATE: I picked duck up to check her out, put her back down and she had trouble standing for several minutes. I have no idea what's wrong! They have had bumblefoot before, she does seem to have slight marks but it seems stranger today. Please give me advice!

No, but none of them are at the moment. Once it gets a little chilly in the evenings they decide they are done. I checked her vent and abdominal area and nothing seems strange but it's hard to tell what im looking for.

Usually if egg bound they don't last long so I would think that isn't the problem. Have you checked bottom of her feet for bumble? That can keep them from not wanting to walk around much. Just trying to rule things out.
No one is picking on her?

Keep up the vitamins and electrolytes for the extra boost.

Worming have you ever wormed them? Most vets especially if you use on for your other pets will do a fecal float test if you bring in a poo sample.

Any unusual discharge from vent that would make you think infection. Poo look okay?

Unfortunately she is doing worse. She has slight bumblefoot but I don't think that's causing the problem. We have been soaking with no avail. Have been giving poly vi sol and also no improvement. I don't think she's getting picked on. She is eating and drinking. I'm worried that she is Egg bound and this is it. Haven't observed poop. Would worms kill?

I honestly think she is going to die. I have no idea what to do. We do have an avian vet but I don't know if I can get her there before it's too late.

@Miss Lydia

I just inspected her and her vent was essentially what looked like to be poo-covered. I'm not sure if this means infection or that she is just not taking care of herself. I have read that 48 hours is sort of the limit for egg bound ducks, so I hope it isn't that?

Her whole body seems to be a bit shakey today and is spending most of her time hiding. I'm going to leave a message with the vet. We have a home care vet. This is the sickest I've ever seen one of my flock. I am so sad.
