Duck won’t put pressure on foot

my ducks back toe looks a little swallow or at least bigger then the other and he seems like he’s trying not to put weight on it what could have happend

Do you notice any Bumblefoot on the bottom of his foot, does the leg feel warm, when did this happen? Have you trimmed any of the nails off recently?

I don’t notice anything and yes trimmed his nails yesterday
