Duck won't poop

Just in awe how her mate is encouraging her to drink and won't leave her side, he isn't even drinking just dipping his bill in it to make her do it and she is! I found my old dogs pill baytril and crushed it up in her probiotic water, nothing to loose and small hand full of small bite dog food in water to encorage, she taken a good intake and has had 3 bowel movements! 2 about teaspoon in size and 3rd slightly black and about tablespoon and not runny..not as many pushing like labor but she may just be tired..amazing how some animals are more caring than adults, guess that's we love them so much :) thank you all again! I'm being realistic but want her comfortable

Thats a good start!

They sweet together

How many dog Baytril pills do you have and how many mg's are they? The duck Baytril dose is higher than the dog dose. It's okay to give her 5 mg per pound of body weight twice a day orally (5 pounds get 25 mg). Next time she poops, can you get a picture of it?

6 pills left was issued 10/31/17 baytril 136mg..she on the small side for a duck, crushed it in about 2 cups of water, was afraid to give more..should I add acv? I use plastic dog bowel, also read on another feed about aspirin?
