Sorry to hear your little ones are having troubles.
It sounds to me like a nervous system related problem (wild guess), and I wondered if there was any chance they had gotten into something toxic (heavy metal, fertilizer, pesticide?)
Certainly immune system support cannot hurt. Probiotics (watered down plain yogurt), vitamins, electrolytes, ACV, loads of special love and TLC (know any good lullabies?), and another look around and another think about what they may have been accidentally exposed to.
Storey's Guide writes about a connection between an vitamin deficiency and slipped tendon. I will go look it up.
