Ducking going bald

Hi,

These call ducks are about 2-3 weeks old. Do you think I should be worried?
I'm assuming it may be that they are loosing their fluff. I don't seen any picking or biting. He is in a brooder with 4 other ducks (one of them is losing hair on his neck).

That's not normal. I'm not sure what's going on. I would guess they are doing it to each other. What does their brooder look like. @WVduckchick , have you seen this before?

I’ve seen it more around the eyes than on top of the head, but I don’t think it’s much to worry about since they are so young.
As long as they are getting proper nutrition and care, and if they aren’t being mean to each other, it should grow out.
