They're too young to tell. In several weeks they should start quacking, and you will be able to tell then, by the sound of the quack. Low and raspy is male, loud and braying is female.

Much to young, vent sexing is the only way to sex ducklings this young. @Pyxis is right, sexing them by sound is a good way once they get older.

I’ve also researched that you can only tell once they are almost fully grown... try to see if they have a raspy quack(male) or a loud clear quack(female) when they grow up best of luck to you!
