Alright this is my first time with ducklings and the first duckling was unexpected and I got her some friends today to keep her company.

So I have them in a box with a trash bag tacked to the bottom for easy cleaning while they are still smaller, then I'm going to move them to a massive dog kennel while I figure out their permanent housing. They are being fed non medicated Purina chick feed, they have a chick waterer, a sour cream container with a hole in it for deeper water and are on a heating pad that I use with chicks.

Is there anything else I need to know or do? And when are the old enough to have little treats like grass, lettuce, etc?

you do have shavings for them to walk on besides the trash bag right? everything else sounds like you are doing fine on when they aren't so little you can give them peas or mealworms they like that :) I put them in a water dish so they can "hunt" for them in the water

First off, take them off med chcik feed. That can make them sick, trust me,I have had many go around with that.
How old are they?My ducklings and chicks started eating things like that around 2 weeks, some 1 just depends on how comfortable you feel feeding them it.

Yes I have some shavings for them.

That sounds cute <3 I ended up with one and now have five so I think that would be fun to watch.

I have them on non medicated chick feed, I don't do medicated feed at my house.
I think they are all at least a week old.

One is a Mallard, two were supposed to be Golden Cascades but I think I only grabbed one and then three(or two, who knows anymore?) are Welsh Harlequins. The new ones are like twice the size of my Mallard
