Duckling advice

I have just had 5 ducking hatched 4 are walking around a drying nicely doesnt seem to be any problems but one i has come out and i will attach a photo im not sure what its is i have google and possibly and hernia i dont wanna give up say hes not gonna make it and put him to sleep but and i want it to be in pain its not moving just lying down breathing

It's unabsorbed yolk sack. Put it in a paper towel lined cup in the incubator. Je needs time to absorb. He very well could make it. It's not as bad as it looks. Just put him in the cup and give him time to absorb.
