Duckling age question

Hi!
I have 6 runner ducks who hatched on April 1st ish from Metzer they arrived April 4th . When figuring their age development wise do I go from when they arrived or hatched? I was wondering since they weren't getting outside food except for grow gel until the 4th


and here is a picture of them from three days ago in a duck pile after thier bath

Cute lil Runners count their age from day they hatched.

Look to be almost two weeks..

If they hatched the 1st of April then they are 14 days old
