Update? How's your duck doing?

she's doing better she is recovering pretty well and our drake is actually protecting her from the hens and they now get along great.

I just wanted to mention that my own duck has begun molting. From the picture, it's not easy to tell how old your duck is, and it may be young enough it won't molt this year, however, if it's over a year old, don't freak out if starts losing feathers. It has nothing to do with the injury.

she is almost 4 months old
