Sometimes they come free of the cord right away when they kick out of the shell, sometimes a little later. If it just looks like a white and gray stringy thing, no yellow or pink or red, you can very carefully snip it about half an inch from her butt. Be VERY careful not to pull on it, as it's still attached to her navel. Just reach in with some little scissors and snip the shell free. Then let her wobble around for a while if she is not all fuzzed up yet. You can take the dirty eggshell out, too.

If she is pretty well dry, you can wipe her eyes now. A warm soft wet cloth will be the most gentle way.

She has her eyes open she done it all by herself but cord still looks a little yellow / pink so I will give her a little bit more time I think she trying to push up to her feet xxx

If I was born with clown shoes on, it would take a while for me to figure them out too! Does she have a nice, non-slippery surface underneath her?
