Duckling born with yolk not absorbed!

I have it in my incubator now, do I just wait for the yolk to absorb or do I have to do anything special? Also when I put it back I just slip it under the broody at nighttime, right?View attachment 3206084

It doesn't look good to me. If she were mine, I'd probably cull, but that's me.

Ducklings that don't absorb like this don't usually live, but do your best to keep it warm, dry, and clean, and maybe it will pull through.
