My kids talked me into ducklings today...they are sharing a brooder with some baby chicks that are the same age.
I'm guessing they are some sort of 'average every day farm bird' (nothing 'special') because I got them at the local pet shop. When I asked them what breed they were, they just said oh we don't know if they are females or males, we just ordered a straight run...and I again asked my question, what BREED, not gender are they...and they said oh they are your average duck breed...so clearly they had no idea what they ordered.
If you have a guess on breed and or gender, I'd love to hear it.
Thanks
