Duckling breed

Hi all

This little guy was found on a neighbouring farm. Any idea what breed it is? We were thinking Muscovy He has no interest in my other ducklings or mommy duck. We think he may have hatched on his own as his mum wasn't found and a human was the 1st thing he saw. I have attached a few pics. His nostrals are slightly raised.

Sure is. My second little hand reared duckling. I get so attached. My previous hand reared boy still waddles into the house to come say hi.

Thanks. That was also one of my guesses. Can you tell if it is male or female? I thought male because of the lighter shade of black, but maybe I have it mixed up.

He looks more like a goose to me! Maybe an embden? Though his bill is more colorful
