You can get a drip pan, that's normally placed under a hot water heater, from Home Depot or Lowe's.

I thought it might be a drip pan. I found it on my property, can’t remember where; someone left it behind. I called it the duckling’s “splash pad”

My Hubby bought some trash cans and did not need the lid to one so I have put it in with my broody Muscovy that might hatch out some ducklings this week. It works perfect as it is only about an inch and a half deep and she gets in it to bathe once a day and then I change the water and put fresh in. It's nice and big and isn't deep so nothing would drown in it.
