Duckling can’t open its mouth

Our 3 day old duckling is unable to open its mouth without assistance, we have been feeding it by hand and wondering if anyone else has had any similar problems

I’m sorry your little duck can’t open it’s mouth. Did you hatch it or buy from someone? Does anything feel broken or out of place? Can you post pictures or a video woul be even better. To post a video you have to put it on Vimeo or you tube then copy an paste here.
