So, today my sisters and I went to the pool at our apartments and swam around for a bit. It took a while for us to notice, as we were staying in the shallow end with my nephew, but there were eight ducklings swimming in the deep end. We rounded them all up, (so they wouldn't get caught in any of the filters), and waited to see if momma duck would come back. She did not, however. So we've brought them home, and have them all cleaned up and have placed them in a playpin with blankets, oatmeal (my mother told us to feed them oats, corn and small bits of fruit slices) and a small saucer of water. We just went in to check on them, and we have one who seems to be going very limp, and he's getting very cold, but his head is like, folding against him? I don't know how to explain it but his neck seems stiff. We've never taken on anything like this and we have no idea what to do. We put him back with the others and they're helping to warm him up, and he's moving a little more. But we still want to know if there is anything we can do?
