Duckling chases cat

She's a delight, couldn't have asked for a better farm cat. She catches mouse like a champion, has never wandered off and loves to walk in between my feet whenever I'm out doing farmy stuff.

First time meeting a duck, at 3 months:

This is one of our dogs meeting 2 new ducks yesterday. When she met the older drake she got nose to nose, and the drake hiss/snapped at her. She's kept her distance after that. Lol, poor girl, I think she wanted to be friends. She was raised with 2 kittens, a rabbit and eats veggies for treats.

What a stare down! They are so cute! My little 5 lb yorkie wants nothing to do with my ducks at all.

The ducks are as big as her! Aww, how sad. She just wants to say hello to those strange winged doggies, and they get all mad.

I love watching interactions between different species. This sweet little (ok, not so little) smoosh was relaxing, like so, in the garden the other day when my white Muscovy walked up to her, chomped her on the nose, and then walked away. I guess she had to let it be known that there shall be no duck dinners for her, not that my cat has ever hunted anything in her life!
