Duckling colors

Just out of curiosity, how do they screw something like this up? As much as I LOVE them! And will be happy no matter what they turn out to be, I really DID want the Khaki Campells (and so did my sister, and there were supposed to be FOUR of them) because they are #1 GREAT layers and #2 very pretty and sweet! That kind of annoys me. I would think that if you sell ducklings you should be able to pick out the orders correctly. I SPECIAL ordered the ducklings.

I don't know besides being careless. The ones that look like mallards or Rouen. They are one of them. U will have to wait and see how fast they grow. Rouen will be much larger much faster. If you repost in two weeks I can help then. You should be able to tell by then.

My fawn runner looked just like the whiter one when he was little. He is white now with little bits of silver throughout. He is amazing. My silver runners are identical to yours too. Same with kc. The creamy one will be a fawn runner also I believe but a little lighter than the other one. Again tho silly you didn't get your order

I got these ducks at Orschlins. They were in a mixed straight run. Can anyone tell me what they are. And can you tell if they are mallards or rouens? Which I think they are one of those.
They look like mallards to me.
Here is a picture of Rouens at my local TSC

and here are pictures of my mallards

LOL! I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I'm trying to hard to let them get used to us, but I find ducklings to be tougher to "befriend".
Lol, to true! My ducklings tried to nibble on me and struggle out of my hands for a week and a half before they got use to me holding them.

They are!!! I spent soooo much time with my first five mallards. I have one that will fly with me when I run across the yard. Start treats like frozen green peas, worms. Early. I didn't start giving treats till later and my mallards won't eat them but my others will. It makes them come to you easier outside. I would put them in my lap in a towel covered up. They loved it!

Any idea what I DO have then? I can't seem to figure it out!? Here's a couple of pictures showing the definite difference in the colors. Even the 2 yellow ducklings which are supposed to be Blue Indian Runners are different color from each other - one being lighter.
Pic #2 I am 99.9% sure is KC I also think I see 2 Fawn & White Runners + 3 blue Runners. (Of which I am jealous, bcz I can't find blue runners locally). Remember, a KC is a hybrid of a Rouen and a Runner, so it is very possible to get a KC hatchling that is not the breed standard, it could just be the hatchery's breeding stock hatched out "KCs" that are not breed standard. Just so you know, my Runner is an excellent layer, and your ducklings look beautiful, healthy, and happy. I would be thrilled to have them.
