Several weeks ago I bought two Muscovy ducklings. As they've aged I've noticed that one of them has a stockier body & is beginning to get the red around the eyes characteristic of Muscovies. The other however is staying just plain white and stands a little taller..it seems to look more like the Pekins I already have. Do you think that somehow I got a Pekin duckling & a Muscovy duckling instead of two Muscovies, or is one male & one female? Having never had Muscovies before I'm not sure how they differ as they mature, but I've read the females have less red on their faces... Any input would be greatly appreciated =)
