My American Bulldog has helped raise each of my ducks since they were hatched and arrived home. She even goes into the run with the ducks to hang out sometimes. She absolutely loves the ducks and they her so I think it depends on the situation and the dog's training. This was how I was able to let them all see and not touch and get to know one another before we could all be running around together. My Lucky seemed to understand they were babies and was so very gentle with them.
