Duckling Feathers!

So I currently have 4 ducklings. Three of them are about a week and a half and my youngest is about a week.
One of my older ducklings feathers just aren’t coming in around her neck like the others! Should I be concerned or is this normal?
The first three pictures are of two of my oldest and then my youngest ducklings. The fourth and fifth picture is of my other oldest duckling that’s feathers aren’t fully in yet.
Any advice helps!

Magnolia is right. They grow faster then any animals I’ve ever seen.
I hatched one last year that had similar bald patches. He was like that straight out of the egg. I always wondered if a blip in humidity caused him to stick to his shell. There were no feather follicles in the skin there, totally shiny. His neck and breast/keel bone. He wouldn’t ever go in our pond possibly because of buoyancy issues or temp. He feathered out his adult plumage but remained patchy. We decided to cull as our male ratio was too high anyway and to prevent his possibly dodgy genetics. He was the first duck I’ve ever plucked and I distinctly remember thinking “it’s much easier then I thought this would be” when I got to the next duck the plucking was waaaaaaaaay harder. So I believe he was missing a lot of depth to his plumage and not just the very obvious patches. He was missing his long primary wing feathers too.

Just a little feather loss which is normal around that age right before they get their adult feather's.
