Duckling Feed

That from when the medication was arsnic-based. Waterfowl have a lower tolerance for arsnic that waterfowl do. Currently, amprolium is the coccidiastat that is used and is harmless to waterfowl.

Hey, everyone! I really don't mean to hijack the post, but I need some help. Is this feed acceptable for ducklings?

I can't find whether or not it's medicated, but I really need to know. If it is good, that's awesome! Why? Because it's in my budget and looks like a complete feed. Thanks!

I know nothing about that one but what about this one by Purina? I use basically the same but mine is a Canadian version done by Purina. I don't know what it costs in the US but i know here it's less than 18$ for a 50lbs bag.

The medication in starters today are NOT the same as when the warnings of not feeding medicated starter to waterfowl. The starter feed on the market today is fine. All flocks are fine, Mazuri waterfowl makes an excellent waterfowl feed.

If you use chick starter add niacin to their feed to prevent having leg and nero issues.

Awesome, thank you everyone! Going Quakers, I considered that one too.....It's just that I'm not expecting too many ducklings and don't want to buy a huge bag. The Dumor one is only 20 pounds. And $8, which helps considerably. I believe I'll use that one. It's for ducklings too, so I don't think I'll need niacin, but I'll look into it. Thank you!
