Duckling flaky skin, losing feathers

My 6 day old Cayuga developed a tiny patch of scaly flaky skin on her back a few days ago and now the feathers are coming out and its spreading. I don't see her scratching or irritated, it's not red on the skin and I haven't noticed the others pecking at her. Any advice on how to treat this? (sorry for the poor pictures, shes quite wiggly)

Sorry, no one was able to respond, how is your duck doing?

The flaking skin seemed to stop but then she got it on her shoulders on both sides and now another is starting to miss fluff on two little shoulder patches and others have thinning down but it looka like theyre getting feathers coming in too so maybe its normal, theyre 11 days old now, it seems early.

Looks normal to me, around that age they will lose a good amount of feathers before growing new ones, they are fine as long as you haven't noticed any other ducklings pulling fluff from each other.
