Duckling has tilted neck

Hi, I'm a new member ! I bought two baby ducks. Not sure how old ( bought about 1 week ago) but one of them has a crooked neck and sometimes walks backwards. Not sure what to do?!! I'm in need of help!
I'm feeding them non medicated starter (Manna Pro) it contains crude pro, lysine, methionine, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, salt, sodium , and other supplements.
