Duckling hatched but no improvement

Is it a bad sign if her eyes are closed all the time?

I had 4 that the mother left half hatched for a day before I intervened. Two are still alive. They are both very lethargic and were on their sides. I got save a chick from Rural King and I've been using a syringe to drop drops in their beaks all day and night. They are still not "right" but better. Hoping they continue to progress.

It's bad news guys. My little one didn't make the night I tried but it just wasn't to be for the little guy.
