Will it hurts to try and get the tongue back in there? I just don’t want to let hurt it.

It definitely might. A vet would be the best option, however if you are unable to take it in you will have to do it.

Go easy on the feed since she's young. Giving her too much feed/water, can cause drooling, aspiration, and over regurgitation of the feed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont take the baby to Avon Animal Hosp in Avon Ohio. I used to work there many moons ago. The vet is the same. Really bad with ducklings! They will just say to cull her. Or kill her trying something crazy. Seriously
