Duckling hatching - in lockdown

@WVduckchick @Texas Kiki
Sorry more help needed please! 3rd egg just hatched (after 4 days of lockdown!). We assumed other 3 eggs were no good so did final candling. 2 were all liquid so have binned them. But one has made a tiny external pip adn can see movement inside! But pip is not in air sac but at opposite end :barnie

Is that ok? Guessing still best to leave alone for now? But has been on lockdown with no turning etc for so long... Is that really bad? Wondering if eggs farmer gave us were all set at different times or something as we got them part-incubated.
Thank you!!!

The 2 from yesterday are happily in their run. The third hatched about 5 mins ago so still wet and in incubator. And one unhatched egg still in incubator.

These are our first 2 :ya

I'm sorry.
I was confusing you with someone else.
Please forgive me.

If his beak is at the hole you can try to slightly prop the egg up on that side.
A folder dry paper towel under just that side of the egg to help prevent drowning.

I'd wait to see what @WVduckchick says though because I've not yet been blessed with a wrong end pipper.
