Duckling hatching question

He has been pipped for 24 hours and making progress. There are pieces of shell off and the membrane is real white. Does that mean it is dry, some parts are kinda yellow color. The humidity is at 80. You can see him here. One more has pipped and one is rocking.

It can take a while. sometimes they pip more than 24 before the start to official hatch.

my last hatch, the one that pipped first, ended up being the last one to hatch out... it can take a good while...

Mine seem to pip 24 hours before they start to work their way out.
