Duckling having balance issues

What do yall recommend tonight for something temporary? I'm nervous she's throwing up from falling.

I know this old but for future reference ginger is really great for nausea, I know I can give to chickens but not sure about ducks. Fennel seed is also really great for nausea as well. I usually combine them for my animals.
