Duckling having seizure???

The duckling flips onto its back, can't get up, and kicks its leg repeatedly into the air? I agree with your vet, try treating with vitamins for a while and see what happens before culling.
Yes he also rolls around a bit trying to get himself upright swell as the leg kicking on his back. On the plus side he has a ravenous appetite and im not sure if he really likes the taste of the vitamins or he's attacking the dropper but he has been easy to give the vitamins as he sort of gobbles them up from the end of the dropper.

To add more info they arrived last night they are on a duckling starter but no idea how they were being cared for where they came from. There are 10 1 has leg issues the other 9 looked fine until this guy started seizing or whatever he is doing currently the rest of the 8 look fine.
I have 7 ducklings, still with their mother, and I watched one start to go twitchy, like in your video, and then it recovered several minutes later and full locomotive abilities to run and keep up with the rest. I too wondered if it was a seizure. The mother struck it on the neck while it was twitchy (I assume to separate it from the rest). This doesn't seem to have anything to do with bumble foot. It appears to be neurological to me because it went from normal active to twitching and spazzing and then back to normal activity. But I join you in the confounding question as to what is causing this!! I'm not sure B3 is quite the answer.

Unfortunetly the little guy is not seeing a full recovery saw some progress but at this point it's just to cruel to wait any longer he will go in for a necropsy tomorrow to rule out infectious diseases.

I will update this thread with the results of the post mortem findings when I have them next week.

Please let us know what the findings were.
for anyone following this or curious the final report of the post mortem came in and it was a little inconclusive there were signs of bacterial colitis and typhlitis which they said can lead to malabsorption of nutrients. For the most part it just seems the duckling came from a poor/dirty environment with improper nutrients mixed with the stress of travel. so far the other 9 are thriving so that is a plus.
