duckling in winter?

I'm on lake erie so it gets cold and wet soon. I have 4 Pekin ducklings coming to me in about a week. How old do they need to be before I can take them outside into there new home? I will be brooding them inside the house but don't need or want full sized ducks in my house in December! Any suggestion? Thanks.

I know they grow quick but how long does feathering take?

It really depends on the weather really. mine took about almost 3 months. this was back in April, I got them in March. They still weren't fully feathered until a month later.
