duckling information

I'm trying to pick out what breed of duck I want (I get them Friday) and I don't know a lot about blue Swedish ducks. My question is how are the blue Swedish the first 2 weeks after they are hatched? And do they sleep well and do they imprint well too. Thanks!!

blue swedish ducks have a calm and sweet temperment. it's a great duck to have as a pet. They'll imprint if you hatch them..but even if you get them as babies and handle them and spend time around them then they'll grow to trust you .

I got pekin ducklings but if I was going to start over I would get blue Swedish ducks. I think they are prettier.

Are they relatively quiet the first few weeks?

well, they're calmer than some of the other breeds..so i suppose they're quiet..as far as crazy ducklings go..lol
