Duckling injured during hatch accident - open abdomen

Very long story short, we had an egg hatching, and my husband was cleaning out the brooder. For some reason, he placed the hatching egg on the ground. Then he turned around and accidentally stepped on the egg. The duckling is still alive, but there is a problem with its abdomen. I've mostly gotten the bleeding stopped, but I think the skin of its abdomen tore. Is there any way to save this poor baby? Or is the best thing to let it go? I've included a picture.
