Duckling Just Hatched. Not sure if the crust near the vent is normal. (Pictures Included) Should I remove it? Please help.

Can someone please tell me if I need to intervene and remove this dark crust? This is our first attempt at hatching ducklings.

That's just the navel. Leave it be.

Some times navels will bleed alittle, then dry up, resulting in some crustiness.
