Duckling making odd bubbly noise!!! Did she inhale water?!?! HELP!!!!

HELP! My duckling is making a bubbly noise whenever she breathes out! Shes like almost hacking every time. She had bath time earlier and I noticed the other one blew out the nose but she didn't. She was fine after the bath time when I dried her and put her back and now shes making an odd noise!!! I'm freaking out! What do I do!?!??! HELP!!!

There is probably not anything you can do. Either she is fine, or she has a problem she can fix for herself, or she has a problem that cannot be fixed.

I would keep providing her with conditions appropriate for a normal duckling and hope for the best.
