My ducklings are about three weeks old now, and one of them occasionally makes an odd "cooing" sound. It's not related to her breathing, she breathes normally with no wheezing. She is behaving normally, running, eating, drinking, defacating, etc., the same as before she began making this sound. It doesn't seem to be a noise of distress, she tends to make it when she's sitting or just hanging out.
It is a similar sound as the duckling in this post, though unlike the duckling in the video, she is not breathing abnormally. I can try to take a video of my ducklings but she makes the noises sporadically and rarely when I'm thinking about it. She has been making this noise for about two days.
More info:
She is a blue swedish duckling, three weeks old on Monday. They're still free feeding, and have constant access to water deep enough to submerge their heads in. I have not noticed her trying to clear anything out of her nostrils. I use large pine shavings as their bedding, and provide them with granite chick grit since I've been giving them mealworms as a treat to try and acclimate the ducklings to me. I swim them once a day currently in a few inches of water for about 15-20 minutes.

Sorry for how quiet it is. The ducklings are scared of my phone and hands so I couldn't get my phone any closer.
