8 Duckling hatched out fine with no issue... We were at day 28 today and i saw no internal pip and no movement in eggs...s tarted opening a few up.. found perfectly positioned ducklings that never internally pipped... all dead.. nearly 40 eggs worth 
So.. what went wrong? I DID forget to pull out my vent plugs. I think that humidity was fine. the membranes seemed flexible and good elasticity...
I have another hatch due this week and want to make sure the SAME mistake is not repeated. could it of been as simple as not pulling out my vent plugs and not enough 02 ?
