Duckling newbie

Hi! I was kindly bought 3 ducklings as a surprise for my birthday 2 weeks ago and it's been wonderful! This site has been my go to for all concerns but there's one answer I can't find and I wondered if someone could help? My 3 wk old duckling has developed a small lump above his beak. It looks the same way a hamsters does when it's eaten too much! Otherwise he seems fine and eating and drinking well. Any advice or should I take him to the vet?
