Duckling not doing well

I have tree ducklings that are 1 week old. 1 of them hasn't grown at all and seems to be dying. What should I do?

Sometimes you get a duckling or chick that just doesn't thrive. There isn't really anything you can do about it, it just happens.

You know what bugs me most these where my bros ducks and he knew that I was hatching this weekend and didn't even ask for my opinion. In the end he got a runt
