Duckling not moving

No more left just the one :( in going out to get him some friends though do you think my heat lamp is too far away ? 13.5 inches with a 100w red heat lamp bulb

13.5 inches should be fine to start. Just make sure the chick can get away from it if its too hot. If it moves away, then raise the light some. If it stays directly under it, lower it some. The chick knows what its comfort level is. Let it tell you.

The sac was still attached

Was it a big, bulging, liquid sac... or had it hardened some and started to enter the body? And what day was it when you definitely had movement? I'm just trying to help you determine when it died and if your temps/humidity were ok, or high or low.

Oh she has plenty of space I have two bins connected by a tunnel so he can run to the bigger bin if he so chooses. Right now the heat lamp food and water is on the one side and I will buy another to heat lamp to keep on the other side as well...I have him in my basement do you think that he's fine with the heat lamp? He's in the finished off part of the basement but it is still a little cool but much warmer than the unfinished side

Yes, I wouldn't bother with another lamp, unless you are worried about one going out. I would just use one at a time. Does he move around through the whole space? If he is moving about, then I think your temperature is fine. And a basement is fine. I do hope you have some ventilation.... they can get pretty stinky, pretty quickly!

The top on both bins are open and covered by chicken wire with a 10x10 whole cut in the side covered by chicken wire and a platform covered in news paper to walk on so they can get grip it is well ventilated he's perfectly healthy and already started to imprint on me! I'm trying to get him to eat and drink by sticking his beak in the food and water but he doesn't seem to want it at the moment, he did eat some Lettus though!

I will post a picture of my home made habitat soon to give you a better understanding! He loves it though and I'm going to get 6 more ducklings to keep him company!
