Duckling not Swimming

So I have two ducklings, both Indian Runners and both born about the same time. I know two weeks is a little soon, it the black one has been swimming routinely for a week now. Jets along the tub. I warmed up the water and they can stand up as needed.

The fawn duckling won’t swim. She stands up like a runner in the water and doesn’t attempt to swim. Every so often she will dip her head in, but not too often.

Any thoughts? I know runners don’t necessarily tend to water like some other ducks, but one swims great!

Cute. I wouldn't worry. My ducklings didn't really swim so much as they preened in the water.

Oh my gosh love Runners I have 5 and had a few Olympic swimmers and a few that just stood around in the water for a while. Now they are crazy about water any water doesn't matter. lol
what precious ones you have

Cute...It just likes to keep its feet on the ground..I'm sure if the water was deep it would swim.
