Duckling pipped on the wrong end

Question my duckling pipped on the wrong end. It pipped externally Sunday night. Has made little progress. yesterday it did make enough progress to poke its beak out. Tonight will be 48hrs since external pip. Do I need to help at this point. This is the only egg that has survived

Ducklings can take a long time to go from pip to hatch, but with that kind of positioning and 48 hours elapsed after external pip, I'd be inclined to carefully see if it's doing ok or if it needs assistance.
