Were the ducklings under a heat lamp at their previous home? My first though at that picture was it could be a burn.

Did it get cut? It looks like an infection.

I made a new theead for this problem in case you want to stay informed about the little guy. He hasn’t been cut or anything since he’s been here, but maybe something happened at the party that I don’t know about.

Could it have gotten it's foot caught in something or stepped on or some dropped on it or does it look like burns?
