Duckling sneezing

If there is something stuck in the duckling's nostrils, a bath in 2-3 inch warm water will definitely give them the chance to get it out themselves. What kind of towels are you using? Sometimes old towels have lint and little duckies put their little bills to use on almost anything.
Another reason can be a simple cold! - Wait, you say i carefully installed the heat-lamp and check the temperature ten times a day - but have you checked for a possible flow of cold(er) air flowing into the brooder from somewhere? Could be as simple as an open window or a leaky closet…
The same simple precaution for colds as for humans works for duck(ling)s too: Ascorbic-acid, also known as Vitamin C. You cannot overdose! Application as a powder into the drinking water or (preferred by my ducklings!) in form of juicy red tomato sliders…

Thanks so much more the ideas;this is tremendously helpful!! I feel like because I have my windows closed tight and I've washed all the towels before use, it is most likely something stuck or a cold. In a little while I will give them a bath and then some vitamin C. Thanks again!!

Ok well she stopped choking/gagging a couple minutes after I posted... I gave them a bath and she spent several minutes blowing through her nose, and I believe whatever was in there out.. my dad is making me go to work today, but my mom will be taking care of them while I'm gone. When I get back, I might give them another bath. I'd like to mention, before I left, I added crushed vitamin c pills to their water and one capsule of ACV. Now they have those in addition to electrolytes and vitamin b complex. Looks like they are all sleeping rn. ( I have a live cam set up so I can see them while I'm away:rolleyes::lol:)

Oh and everything I add to their water is per gallon, so it should be well diluted. I'm saying like I have this milk jug that has for example, one capsule of ACV, so I mix it up and fill their waterers from there... Lol I just thought I made it sound like I put a whole capsule in just one waterer....
