Duckling suddenly cant stand

Hello,

I have a 3 week old muscovy duckling that suddenly cannot stand on his own or walk. He is significantly bigger than the other ducklings from the same clutch. He was fine when I checked on them at 7, but when I went to check at 8 he was sitting alone and could not stand or walk. So far, he is drinking and eating normally and passing normal waste. He has clear eyes and lots of energy. I mixed a niacin supplement for him and he took it easily. Any thoughts on what this could be, why it happened so suddenly, and why it would hit one baby and not the others?
