Duckling that bubbles every time it drinks

I need help!
I have a call duckling (not yet a week old) with 3 others the same age and it gasps and bubbles every time it drinks. It isn't because of eating too much and getting blocked up because I've been watching it a lot.
Sometimes it has to breathe with its beak open.
It also has one leg that is twisted round to the side - can't stand on the leg but leans on it and hops around. This isn't so big an issue as I have a year old brahma hen with the same issue and she's fine.

I am from the UK so I may not be able to get some of the remedies that are used in the US etc.

Please can I have some advice on what to do as it will be the only and 1st white call duck I have ever had.

Nares are open and not clogged? Have you tried hobbles?

Get a good picture of the leg too. Can you see straight thru the nares?

Is the foot upside down can’t tell real good by pics? Have you tried to place the foot flat by making a boot? So it can walk?if this leg is spraddled you can make hobble to bring the leg into natural position.
@CoriM can help since she did it with a few of her ducklings.
